El nuevo residencial se ubicará en un entorno privilegiado, frente al Parc de Sa Gravera, y contará con 14 viviendas de 2 y 3 dormitorios, entre apartamentos, áticos y dúplex con jardín, terraza o solárium. TM Grupo Inmobiliario apuesta por un diseño integrado en el paisaje, con amplios espacios luminosos y adaptados a las nuevas demandas del mercado balear, donde la oferta de obra nueva es limitada.
Tanto el diseño arquitectónico de cada residencial en el que se cuida hasta el más mínimo detalle, como los servicios que incluye cada residencial, tales como piscinas, jacuzzis, zonas infantiles y espacios ajardinados hacen que cada proyecto sea simbólico.
