El grupo de Letonia ofreció previamente la obra “Maya y Paya”

Un público compuesto en su mayoría  por componentes de las cuatro escuelas que han participado en este primer encuentro,  presenciaron la última de las representaciones que ofreció el grupo de Letonia. La misma se ofreció, como es natural en lengua letona y sin que hubiese traducción simultánea siquiera al inglés, lo que hizo que los pocos espectadores ajenos a los grupos abandonaran la sala. La obra “Maya y Paya”, en sí es un cuento letón, que narra la lucha entre el bien y el mal, representado en dos niñas, una buena y obediente y otra mala, perezosa y desagradable. Al final y como siempre triunfa el bien. Acabada la representación Raúl Ferrández, director de la escuela de teatro anfitriona, y Juanjo de la empresa organizadora del evento, entregaron sendos barcos de sal a los representantes de los grupos participantes y un ramo de flores a Michel, que ha ejercido en palabras de Raúl de interprete, amiga y madre durante estos intensos y emocionantes días.

Latvia’s group previously offered the work “Maya and Paya”
An audience composed largely of components of the four schools that participated inthis first meeting, witnessed the last of the performances offered by the group inLatvia. It offered, as is natural in Latvian language and without even havesimultaneous translation into English, which made the few spectators outside groupsleave the room. The book “Maya and Paya” itself is a Latvian tale, which recounts the struggle between good and evil, represented by two girls, a good and obedient and bad, lazy and nasty. In the end, as always trumps good. Raul Ferrandez finishedrepresentation, director of drama school host, and Juanjo of the company organizing the event, two separate boats salt delivered to the representatives of the participating groups and a bouquet of flowers to Michel, who has served in the words of Raúlinterpreter, friend and mother during these intense and exciting days.
