El departamento de Residentes Internacionales del Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja informa que todos los ciudadanos británicos que no hayan todavía realizado el cambio de la tarjeta verde de la Unión Europea a tarjeta TIE, seguirán teniendo la posibilidad de obtener el Certificado digital firma a través del PROP (Registro General de Torrevieja) con cita priva y aportando la documentación original (pasaporte, tarjeta verde) .
